SlotsEater Terms and Conditions
What You Agree to When You Register
Creating a SlotsEater account or placing a bet on slotseater.app means you have read these terms and accept them as a binding agreement with us. If you do not accept any part of them, you must not register, deposit or play. These terms apply together with our privacy policy and any promotion rules published at the time you claim an offer, and where a promotion states a different rule for that promotion alone, the promotion rule applies to it. Continued use of the website after we publish changes counts as acceptance of the revised version.
How We Apply Bonus Terms
Every bonus is subject to a 45x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, a maximum bet of $2 equivalent per spin or hand while a bonus is active, and a validity period of 7 days from the moment the bonus is credited. Bonuses are for players aged 18 or over only. Pokies from providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, BGaming and Play’n GO contribute 100% of each bet towards wagering, while live dealer titles from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, RNG table games, crash games and virtual sports contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. If you exceed the maximum bet, we may void the bonus and any winnings linked to it. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete typically forfeits the remaining bonus balance. 18+.
Where Our Liability Ends
We are responsible for operating the games and processing your funds as described in these terms, and our responsibility stops at the losses that follow directly from our own failure to do so. We are not liable for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, a payment provider such as Visa or Skrill delaying a transfer, or a cryptocurrency network being congested. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or losses that arise because you shared your password with another person. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
What We Do Not Allow on Your Account
Each player may hold one account, and opening a second account to claim a welcome package again is treated as multi-accounting. We also prohibit bonus abuse, such as placing offsetting bets to clear wagering without risk, and collusion between players at live tables. Automated play, including bots and scripts that place bets or claim offers, is not permitted. If we find any of these, we may close the account, cancel bonuses and winnings that came from the breach, and keep the funds until an investigation is complete.
Who Can Hold an Account With Us
You must be at least 18 years old, and this minimum applies across all of Australia. You must open the account in your own name, supply accurate details, use it only for yourself and keep your login credentials private. Each account must be funded only from payment methods held in your own name.
SlotsEater does not hold an Australian licence. Our licence is an offshore one issued in Anjouan, and it is not an authorisation to offer gambling services in Australia. You are responsible for checking that taking part in online gambling is lawful where you live, and for any tax that applies to your winnings.
Where We Are Licensed and Which Law Applies
SlotsEater operates under Online Gambling Licence No. ALSI-122405031-FI2, issued by the Gambling Authority of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros). These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. Complaints handling follows the process described on our legal notice page, and the regulator named above is the authority that oversees our licence conditions.
What Happens When a Game Malfunctions
If a game, a live stream or the platform fails during a round, we will review the game log for the round. Where a malfunction changed the outcome, the affected round is void and stakes are returned. Winnings that arise from a malfunction, a clear pricing error or a bonus credited in error are void, even if the balance has already been shown to you. We will tell you through live chat or email at [email protected] when a round has been voided and why.
How We Handle Your Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals go through the cashier, and your account currency is EUR. Australian dollar payments are converted at the current interbank rate at the time of each transaction. Withdrawals are paid by the method you deposited with wherever possible, and they are released only after identity verification is complete.
| Method | Min. Deposit | Min. Withdrawal | Processing Time |

How We Verify Your Identity
We verify every account before a first withdrawal is released, and we may ask for documents earlier if our checks require it. You will need a government-issued photo ID, which for most Australian players is an Australian driver’s licence, a passport or a Medicare card, plus proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Upload the documents through the account settings or send them to [email protected]. Until verification is accepted, we hold withdrawal requests, and we may refuse a withdrawal if the documents do not match the account details.
How We Change These Terms and Tell You About It
We may update these terms when our services, payment methods or legal obligations change. The revised version is published on this page with a new revision date, and material changes are also announced by email to the address on your account. Changes apply from the date of publication and never alter the outcome of bets that were already settled. If you disagree with a change, you can stop playing and ask support to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
